Guided by tips from an informant named Liu Xun, Li reports incriminating evidence against the group to his superiors. However, when the evidence against Zheng and the Tianhai Group is proven false, Li realizes he has fallen into a trap. He discovers that Liu Xun is actually a spy planted by the real mastermind, Qi Jianyang.
