LatestS1 • E4 - The Countryside
Squeamish offers his unique take on the Countryside, shining a distorted light on ancient customs and modern rural life. From Stonehenge to the rights and rituals of the Druids, May Day festivals to the still-popular pastime of gurning, he offers some distinctive opinions on Britain’s farmlands and the folk who live there. Squeamish uses a unique selection of archive footage and plays fast and loose with the facts to create a joyously surreal whistle stop tour of Britain’s relationship with the countryside.
